For returns, refund of the cost of the item (exempting shipping costs and any fees associated with the sale) will only be provided if it is unused and in good saleable condition.

For damaged product/s, you may be requested to provide pictures of the product/s within 14 days of receiving your order.

In other cases, return/exchange policy will depend on case-by-case basis.

Note: All custom orders are non-refundable, returned or exchanged.

Please note that product photos are taken as closely as the original colour of product. Due to different monitors' picture resolutions and individual settings, the products you received may not be the exact same colour as the product photos shown in the listing.

Under this circumstance, all purchases are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

All packages are mailed via Tracked Registered Mail.

Please be assured that your items are packed carefully and shipped promptly.

** Dear US and non-US buyers - Please do note that Taxes are Not included in the price. I'm not VAT registered and VAT has *not* been added to the price. The info Etsy displays under the product price ("VAT included, where applicable" or similar) is not applicable to this shop.

** Please note that Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are charged by your home country for the importation of goods.

1) International Delivery time:
Usually takes between 6 - 8 working days.

* Do note that items may be subjected to respective customs inspection which may require additional days.

2) Express Shipping:
* I do not offer Express Shipping at the moment as the shipping fees are very expensive and therefore not very cost effective.

3) Local Delivery time:
Usually takes between 2 - 3 working days.

Feel free to let me know if you need to include a gift message with your package. I'll be glad to do so :) Please be assured that your items are packed carefully. However, do note there'll be no extra gift wrapping if items are marked as gift.

I also understand you may not want the recipient to know the value of the gift, but do kindly note that actual value have to be declared on custom forms and an invoice will have to be included in all international packages for custom clearances. Any duties/VAT charges may apply. Lastly, I cannot mark a custom form as a gift as it's illegal to do so. Thank you for your kind understanding :)
